Acceptable stay
clean room great food paid parking awful service
The room was clean the food in the restaurant was great. There was a good selection of beer available. I liked that the hotel is pet friendly.
I was told to pay for parking. I did not like that someone's socks were in the bedroom drawer.

average experience, issues encountered
dirty towels shower temperature
the staff were helpful, i had access to leisure facilities and i found this to be a good advantage.
The room smelled bad in the corridors and i am doubtful about cleanliness. i found dirty towels. the shower changed from normal temperature to hot a few times while i was bathing. It was very uncomfortable.

dirty carpet dated room
the hotel's location made it easy to travel around the area.
the room we were given was quite average and felt dated. the carpet looked to have been hoovered, but still looked dirty. i would have liked to see more attention paid to these details.
